Marie is an international consultant and facilitator with over 30 years, experience.  She has a unique set of competencies and experiences combining the needs of an organisation for results, measurement and returns on investment with individual and larger organisation dynamics and behaviours.  She has an extensive network.  She is known for developing and sourcing quality resources with her clients.  She focuses on building trusted, collaborative, sustainable relationships.  Marie is currently supporting and developing capacity with community, national and international organisations involved in integrated human development and sustainable societal change.

Starting from an Irish base in the financial services industry her early career brought her to Europe where she had various roles in financial services and services sector. Since 2010 she has been based in South Africa and has been serving clients in Energy, Mining, Services, Education, Professional, Health, Youth and Community Development.  Her clients include private sector including SME’s, multinationals, government, and not for profit. Her career began in her home country Ireland but has since taken her physically/digitally across Europe, Africa, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.  She is Partner at the Centre for Innovative Leadership (CIL).  They are known for their work in process-based consulting and capacity building, specialising in scenario-based strategy & systems thinking supporting individuals and organisations to be resilient and responsive in these times of turbulent disruptive change.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the ACCA Global Futures Forum – Accountancy Futures.
