With more than twenty years of experience in the IT industry, Vladimir has been successfully managing multiple projects and sales initiatives across different accounts and industries, demonstrating an ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Currently, Vladimir holds the position of Innovation Director at Informatika, the oldest system integrator company in Western Balkan. In this role, together with his team, he leads the launch of IT Hub with the main goal to support startups’ growth and expansion by offering an ecosystem and infrastructure that encourage teamwork and a productive work environment. This interesting project will promote industrial innovation and open new possibilities for international cooperation.
He has a proven track record of establishing trusted advisor positions in front of customers’ business and technical leads working in both public and enterprise sectors. In his previous roles, he was a Project Lead for some mission-critical projects such as design and implementation of the Call Center for Emergency Medical Service Belgrade and Novi sad, as well as the Demand Forecast project for the Dispatch center of the Electric Power Industry of Serbia. At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, he led Informatika’s team that created 1 Million MS Teams accounts for the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia to provide an e-learning platform for all primary and secondary schools in the country.
Vladimir worked on projects with different international organizations and companies, such as European Commission, ASTEC Global Consultancy, USAID, Norwegian Red Cross, and others. For the projects he led with different companies, his teams were three times awarded as Microsoft Country Partners of the Year.
