Events

ConsultingIreland (CI) private events – CI has run a number of private events since it was established in 2010 – including training and mentoring events. As an all-Ireland organisation have organised events in major cities and towns and with various, Government Departments, Business Support Organisations, Private sector, Individual companies, NGOs, Universities, Foreign Embassies and the International Funders targeting Ireland.

Shannon 2010 this was the first event run by ConsultingIreland in the offices of Enterprise Ireland. There was a follow-up event with the Shannon Chambers with many of the same participants

Galway – This was the first event in the city of the tribes and organised with the support of Galway Chamber. The key presenters included the Ethiopian Ambassador Catherine Mwangi and Jan O’Sullivan the Minister of Trade– Ethiopian Ambassador

Consulting Ireland also presented at a meeting of the Ballybane Community and at 2 events in GMIT including their key event Spirit of Entrepreneur

Cork – This was an event held in the Maritime Centre and was organised with the Cork Chamber

Enniscorthy – Held in the Educational Training Centre in Enniscorthy. The event was also promoted on the Business Show run by the Wexford Radio. Read More

Belfast, Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Council – CI has presented a number of times in Northern Ireland including events in the offices of InvestNI. Read More

Dublin (City-West) – 2-day International Event with participants from Public and Private sector organisation across Europe. Richard Bruton opened the event which had presentations from the major International Funders and B2B meetings between participating companies. Read More

Dundalk Chambers - This was an event held in the Maritime Centre and was organised with the Chamber

Enterprise Ireland - CI has been invited to share a platform at various EI organised events with the invited IFI organisations, including EC, EBRD, World Bank, Asian Development Bank African Development Bank and UN. Read More

Smart Energy Group Dublin – A sectoral event organised by the Smart Energy Group with participants from NI and ROI, with other presenters from across Europe.

Western Balkans – CI was one of the key presenters at 2 events in 2017 and 2019 in Dublin Chambers. A number of companies from the Balkan Region were Funded by the USAID programme and CI was instrumental in helping organise the follow-up B2B meetings with Irish Companies. Read More

Africa Centre Event – This was an event jointly hosted with the African Diaspora organisation - Africa Centre - and was delivered in the EC Delegation Office Dublin

Ugandan Trade and Investment Conference (2017 and 2019) – ConsultingIreland had been requested by the Ugandan Embassy in London to help organise 2 Dublin events in the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs. CI role was to organise speakers and facilitate the follow-up B2B event. Read More

EXIM Conferences Ireland – ConsultingIreland has presented at 2 of these events held in Croke Park. Read More

PPACT (EC COSME Programme) – While working on this EC funded programme, ConsultingIreland was asked to present to national and regional Agencies and firms in Cardiff, Belfast, Paris, Barcelona. Read More

PSLO (World Bank) – ConsultingIreland was a key-note speaker at this annual World Bank event in both Zagreb, and the following year in Budapest. CI showed the practicalities that would encourage more companies to engage with the WB-funded projects

EXIM Budapest – Export Import Agency base in Budapest is the Hungarian organisation support their companies in international markets. They are also network partners of CI who have been in the capital city meeting with some of the most progressive companies. Read More

Belgium Chambers – CI was asked to present to a number of Belgian Chambers on opportunities within the EC organisation and on projects externally funded by the same organisation. Read More

ACCIO Barcelona – ACCIO is the regional Government Agency supporting Catalonian companies in international markets. They are a network partner with CI and as such there has been regular joint events

Alsace and Grand Est region – Involved in a number of presentations with our French partner including an event highlighting the opportunities with the World Bank. Read More

EEN Event Munich Germany – In December 2019, CI was the key presenter at a EEN (European Enterprise Network) event in Munich. The attendees were European Business Support Organisations from across Europe, including Enterprise Ireland. Other attendees were EEN organisations from France, Germany, Spain, CEE countries as well as Ukraine and Balkan States.  Read More

Seville – Presentation to members of the Business Support Agency – Extenda, Andalusia - and their ‘champion organisation involved in international and IFI-Funded projects

Croatia/Ukraine/Belgium/Ethiopia/Tanzania – funded by a major Multinational to speak to their resellers and to the Government on how to access EC funds

Brussels/Turkey – a major ICT engaged CI to highlight best practice in winning IFI funded project including early identification of these opportunities

UN Business Seminar Bonn Germany – CI was a partner in promoting the UN annual event in Bonn and by offering discounts to participating attendees
