Enterprise Ireland Cluster Programme

This was a year long programme part funded by Enterprise Ireland and by the individual companies that participated. In total over 40 companies participated from across key sectors. ConsultingIreland developed the course with 12 sessions over the year. Participating organisations were required to develop their project references and other bidding documentation and had to submit a bid by the end of the course.

Some of the other elements covered was an overview of the IFIs (e.g. World Bank, EC etc.), tips in developing company strategy for tackling international markets, finding partner and pricing strategy.
